Year 2011 Begins With A Joke!
I know I am late in responding but year 2011 has indeed begun with a joke, a joke with the Malaysian Judiciary System.
The coroner inquest for Teoh Beng Hock's mysterious death finally gave the verdict that Teoh's death was neither a suicide nor a murder. It was an open verdict.
Oh gosh, what a joke! So how did he die? Was his death so unimportant that it was not necessary to find out what really happened that fateful morning in MACC building?
How did Teo fall to his death? Malaysians need to know; so do we want to know what happened to Kugan who died in police custody? We demand to know the truth of the gruesome murder of Altantuya & 14-year-old Aminulrasyid who was gunned down by the police.
What really happened? We want the truth and not fabricated stories for cover-ups. But Najib's administration would prefer to sweep everything under the carpet to safeguard its crumbling kingdom.
All these stupidities that are going on reminded me of Genesis Chapter 4 whereby Cain killed his brother Abel out of jealousy.
God asked Cain, "Where is your brother Abel?"
"I do not know," he replied. "Am I my brother's guardian?"
"What have you done?" God asked. "Listen! Your brother's blood is crying out to me from the ground!"
That was what happened in the Old Testament. And today the blood of our innocent brothers and sisters continues to cry out to us.
We the people must see that justice is meted out. Justice must and will prevail.
