Smile

I went to my customer’s office in Bukit Raja Industrial Park few days back and met the receptionist outside her office. I smiled with her and greeted her. I have seen her few times in the lobby and spoken to her quite a number of times over the phone before, but she could not remember me.

Surprised, she thought I was a new staff to her company, to which I clarified that I was not. And I told her how I have met her and spoken to her before.

Coincidentally yesterday morning, I reached the customer’s office quite very early but have forgotten to print out some important documents. And fortunately, she came to my rescue.

Smile and the whole world will smile with you. A sincere smile can work wonders.
