Happy Meal

A simple, healthy but delicious spiral pasta for a beautiful Saturday morning.

I boiled the pasta together with the baby carrots until cooked. I drained the pasta and while it is still hot, I melted cheddar cheese, mixed in a mashed hard-boiled egg, tuna flakes and some cherry tomatoes.

The seasoning? I did not use any salt. I just sprinkled some mixed herbs and coarse black pepper to taste.

It tasted yummy. And it is a simple recipe for bachelor like me.

  2. Haha, looks can be deceiving. This photo was taken with close-up mode. At macro shots, things are exceptionally gigantic.
